The UC-Coro Systemwide Leadership Collaborative program focuses on enhancing leadership skills and developing intercampus and cross-functional collaboration. To do so, the University of California partners with Coro Northern California and other facilitative partners to develop current and future administrative and faculty leaders.

Program Information

To enhance leadership skills and foster relationships, networking and collaboration across UC while building a pipeline for executive leadership positions. The program accepts up to 60 diverse senior staff, faculty and academic personnel from UC locations to participate in either a northern cohort or southern cohort.

Program Schedule and Nomination Timeline
  • 2025 nominations due: September 13, 2024
  • 2025 participant selection: by September 27, 2024
  • Program: February 2025 through February 2026
  • Graduation: February 4, 2026
