LinkedIn learning provides hundreds of courses that cover a wide range of topics that are high quality, easily accessible and available 24/7. eLearning is available to all UCR employees. Any employee that has a valid NetID can access eLearningcourses in LinkedIn Learning directly through R'Space.

The UC Learning Center allows you to view hundreds of virtual and local learning opportunities — there’s something to suit nearly every interest and career goal. It is a learning management system used throughout the UC system to deliver learning activities. to employees, contingent workers, and campus affiliates. A UCR NetID is required for access.

The Transferable Skills Library provides employees an opportunity to become more effective in their current roles or develop the skills needed for a future role on campus.

Developed by UC Riverside’s Human Resources Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) team, the Transferable Skill Library (TSL) features the most popular on-demand courses from LinkedIn Learning using 20 job standard skillsets categorized by UCR’s Core Competency Behavioral Anchors.

Gartner

Gartner works with HR leaders from all around the world to identify HR trends and assess HR priorities and expected challenges. This collaboration helps to determine top initiatives that chief human resource officers and HR professionals are prioritizing for 2021, identifies key themes and HR trends that will emerge in 2021 and workplace trends, such as an increase in remote workers and a focus on employee engagement, that shape the priorities.
