Wellness Ambassador Program
What is a Wellness Ambassador
UCR Wellness Ambassadors are volunteers that help create a culture of whole-person wellness within the workplace by promoting participation and engagement in wellness programs, services, and events. Wellness ambassadors play a vital role in supporting the promotion of health and wellness among UCR faculty and staff.
As an ambassador, you will act as a liaison between your department and the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program. If you are enthusiastic about health and wellness; able to be an advocate for or working towards a healthier lifestyle; and have good communication, motivational and interpersonal skills, then the Ambassador Wellness program is for you!
