The Faculty Staff Wellness Program (FSWP) is committed to promoting awareness and education, motivation for positive behavior changes, and influencing campus practices and policy to support a healthy environment campus. Throughout the year, the FSWP will offer a Well-Being newsletter. Each edition will focus on a wellness topic that supports the 6 Pillars of Wellness, and will provide you with valuable insights, tips, and resources to help you enhance your overall wellness and live a healthier, happier life.
