Remote / Flex Work

At UCR we strive to be an employer of choice by unearthing new discoveries, delivering a high-quality educational experience, and providing services in support of student success. To do so, we have considered work location in the context of individual performance, community and the current culture of a transitional work climate, to create a deliberate process to help campus leadership create work schedules that afford flexibility for staff and includes some hybrid (Flex Work) remote options which can be beneficial for employee recruitment and retention, and employee engagement and well-being, if feasible relative to addressing institutional requirements.

Policy & Forms

UCR offer policy that provides guidance on the Remote / Flex Work Program at UCR. In addition, you will find various forms in order to participate in the program.
