To do so, we have considered work location in the context of individual performance, community and the current culture of a transitional work climate, to create a deliberate process to help campus leadership create work schedules that afford flexibility for staff and includes some hybrid (Flex Work) remote options which can be beneficial for employee recruitment and retention, and employee engagement and well-being, if feasible relative to addressing institutional requirements.
